Paul Bright serves as the Director of the MLS Next Program at Albion SC Las Vegas, bringing a wealth of experience from both the United States and the United Kingdom. His coaching philosophy centers on creating a player-centered environment, enabling individuals to reach their highest potential while fostering a love for the sport. He emphasizes the development of technical mastery and tactical insight, aiming to teach players not just to win, but to understand the process of winning.

Before his tenure at Albion SC Las Vegas, Bright held the position of Director of Coaching at LA Galaxy Orange County from 2016 to 2018. His extensive coaching career includes roles such as Youth Development Phase Academy Coach at Oldham Athletic FC, Academy Manager at FC United of Manchester, and an eight-year stint as an Academy Coach at Manchester United Football Club. Additionally, he served as the National Director of Coaching for AYSO United, contributing significantly to youth soccer development nationwide.

Bright's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a UEFA 'A' License, a USSF B License, and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Science and Soccer from Liverpool John Moores University. His playing career includes time with Oldham Athletic FC, Liverpool John Moores University, Rochdale Town, and Chadderton FC.

In his current role at Albion SC Las Vegas, Bright oversees the MLS Next Program, focusing on developing elite youth players and providing them with pathways to higher levels of competition. His leadership is instrumental in guiding the club's mission to foster player development and success on and off the field.
